Peer-led Learning Exchange (PLLX) is perfect for people looking to facilitate peer learning as a job, in their organisation, or community.
PLLX is usually delivered in two 2-day modules to give you time to reflect between sessions. And, after the programme, you may be invited to do further learning to become a tutor with the Social Enterprise Academy.
Completing the programme leads to an ILM Development Award.
