Do you have the desire to lead your organisation towards excellence?

Leadership for Excellence, run in partnership by Quality Scotland and the Social Enterprise Academy, will take you on a leadership journey applying leadership theory to your day-to-day role.

It has been designed to support you and your organisation to implement the European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model (EFQM), bringing continuous improvement to your work.

Learning Outcomes

Share and reflect on the challenges of leadership with peers from a cross-sector group of Scottish organisations
Experience an excellence journey for you and your organisation to develop your understanding of leadership theories and their application through action learning
Gain support to use the EFQM Excellence Model to bring about continuous improvement in your organisation
Achieve a degree-level qualification - ILM level 5 Certificate in Leadership
