You will get the most out of our Certificate in Leadership if you have time for reflection between modules. We recommend completing the following over, roughly, 12 months:

  • Induction to the Leadership Journey | 2 days
  • Leadership Roles and Theories | 2 days
  • Emotional Intelligence and Self Leadership | 2 days
  • Setting and Communicating Direction | 2 days
  • Winning and Maintaining Commitment | 2 days
  • Assessment of the Leadership Journey | 2 days

We will also support you to write two assessments to get your ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership.
