6 Days | ILM Level 5 Award

On our Award in Leadership we will help you to understand the qualities of vision, and inspiring and empowering others that make up a leadership role.

• Find out about a range of tools and techniques to help you develop as a leader
• Learn about how you can win and maintain the commitment of colleagues
• Build your confidence as a leader and awareness of what it means
• Share your experiences of leadership and management in a supportive learning environment

Content

Our Award in Leadership is an adaptable 6 day programme. It contains two of the four modules that make up our Certificate in Leadership:

• Leadership Roles and Theories | 2 days
• Winning and Maintaining Commitment | 2 days
• A written assessment of 2,000 words (approx.)

Once you have passed the written assessment you will gain an ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership.

Progression

Graduates of our Award in Leadership are effectively halfway towards completing our Certificate in Leadership. To get the certificate you would have to complete further modules, take part in action learning, and complete a second assessment.

Tailored Learning

We have recently adapted our Award in Leadership for Client Programmes with Determined to Succeed, Linked Work and Training Trust and others, for national delivery.
