Further your learning by working through live issues with one of our qualified coaches in a series of four one-to-one sessions. Our coaching is available to all.
Is coaching right for me?
Coaching will help you to improve your confidence and capability at work. With increased job satisfaction or the confidence to try something new, the benefits of coaching can be felt outside of your workplace.
What does coaching with the Academy involve?
Our coaching package starts with 4 sessions of 90-minutes with one of our qualified coaches. We think that it is best to have these no longer than a month apart to keep up momentum.
Your coach will work with you to agree a ‘coaching contract'. This means that you will agree targets, effectively making an agreement to make change happen.
At the end of the four sessions, you will talk about your outcomes and arrange further sessions depending on your needs.
