Your Social Enterprise (MYSE) is the ideal environment to test your ideas and learn from your peers.

MYSE will enhance your abilities to generate interest in and income for your social enterprise. It can be designed as a 1 or 2 day programme.
MYSE can be combined with other modules to form an ILM Endorsed Award in either Leadership and Social Enterprise or Starting Your Social Enterprise.
Managing Finance, Generating Income
1 or 2 Days
Any social enterprise will struggle to survive without sound financial structures to support them. In a competitive environment it is vital to develop an awareness of finance and the ability to spot new opportunities for income streams.

- Learn about a number of financial management tools
- Explore the potential for further income generation in your organisation
- Develop your confidence in interpreting financial reports and issues
- Gain a better understanding of compliance and best practice
Content
Managing Finance, Generating Income (MFGI) is an accessible introduction to the world of finance for those who may not be 100% comfortable with the topic. It can be designed as a 1 or 2 day programme.
Work on live examples with peers as you begin to demystify financial language and accounting.
MFGI can be combined with other modules to form an ILM Endorsed Award in either Leadership and Social Enterprise or Starting Your Social Enterprise.
