We are Scotland's largest Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) centre.
We originally chose to partner with ILM in 2005 as they shared our thoughts about learning and development. Namely their awards are practical and centred around skills you can use every day. They also share our love of reflecting on what we've learnt.
The business case for going for our ILM qualifications is also strong. The ILM are big. Last year alone, 93,000 learners gained qualifications from them. That means your achievements will be instantly recognised by those in further education, and future employers and funders.
